Order on Establishing MSU Nanotechnology Education and Research Center

To consolidate efforts of MSU units aimed at research and development and education in nanotechnology and nanosystems
I HEREBY ORDER:

  1. To establish MSU Nanotechnology Education and Research Center (ERC).
  2. In order to devise the development strategy and address the most important ERC matters to establish ERC Council consisting of:
